Resale properties are listed as a one off property for sale by the owner. If multiple reservations are received for the same property, preference will be given to potential buyers in the order that bookings are received. For example, if the first person to reserve a property does not buy the property, the second person that made a reservation for that property will have the next opportunity to buy it.
