Reservation Description English (T&C)
The Realestate.com.kh (Online Property Showcase Property Sale) is operated by Online Real Estate Co Ltd (ORE). The Property Sale enables you to begin the process of buying a property with ease on the Realestate.com.kh website.
By making a reservation during the Property Sale you agree to the following terms:
- By making a reservation for a property and paying the Reservation Fee of $1000 + VAT (“Reservation”), you are entitled to obtain the relevant Property Wide Discount and Special Discounts that apply to the property you have selected as advertised during the Property Sale. Reservation payments are non-transferrable.
- Property Wide Discounts and Special Discounts are only available to those people that make a Reservation during the Property Sale and the discounts will expire 14 days after the date Property Sale (“Discount Expiry Date”).
- Once you have made a Reservation you will have until the Discount Expiry Date to complete a purchase of a property at the discounted rate(s) that have been advertised during the Property Sale.
- If you do not wish to proceed with purchasing the relevant property that you reserved, you have until the Discount Expiry Date (14 days after the property sale) to notify us in writing that you are not purchasing a property and we will fully refund your Reservation Fee. Requests for discounts must be emailed to:
- If you do not request a refund of the Reservation Fee prior to the Discount Expiry date your Reservation Fee will not be refunded.
- If you proceed with the purchase of the relevant property, the Reservation Fee will be deducted from the final sale price of the property.
- You acknowledge and agree that by making a Reservation you are simply securing the relevant discounts on the property(s) subject to their availability. Neither Online Real Estate Co Ltd or the sellers participating in the Property Sale guarantee that any particular property will be available for purchase as availability is limited.
- You acknowledge and agree that Online Real Estate Co Ltd is merely a marketing agency for the sellers participating in the Property Sale, we do not guarantee quality, availability or pricing of any property within the Property Sale.
- You release Online Real Estate Co Ltd from all claims and liability for any representations or misinformation related to properties or property developers participating in the Property sale.
- You agree to notify us if you proceed with the purchase of any property(s) as a result of the Property Sale.
