    The Property Showcase is Realestate.com.kh’s exclusive event to bring the best deals on the hottest projects and under market value resale properties to our clients.
  2. When is the Online Property Showcase?
    The Online Property Showcase will run from June 16 (Friday) 10:00AM to June 17 (Saturday) 23:59 GMT +7.
  3. Is joining the Online Property Showcase free of charge?
    Yes, registering to attend the event in person or online is free of charge
  4. Do I need to register to secure a discount in the Online Property Showcase?
    Yes, an account is required to secure the exclusive discount in the Online Property Showcase.
  5. Will I be able to get the same discounts after the Online Property Showcase?
    No, the special discounts for the Online Property Showcase will only be available during the event period from June 16 (Friday) 10:00AM to June 17 (Saturday) 23:59 GMT +7.
  6. Who are considered eligible buyers for this event?
    All buyers are eligible: Cambodians, expatriates, and even buyers located abroad can directly own property. Hence, the same groups are eligible to claim a limited-time discount.

Developer and Discount

  1. How many projects and resale properties will be on offer?
    A very limited number of units from up to 6 developers, and only up to 25 completed properties under market value.

Financial and Legal Support

  1. Are there financial loans available ?
    Yes, it is available. If you want to talk to a loan provider, we can have them contact you right after you reserve the properties. We also advise inquiring if the development you're interested in is offering their own loan/financing assistance programs.

Making a reservation

  1. Can I make a reservation over the phone?
    Yes, Realestate.com.kh can assist and make a reservation on your behalf, please call us: +855 92 92 1000.
  2. Can I make a reservation after the event ends?
    No. Reservations will no longer be accepted once the event ends.
  3. What if I don't buy after paying the reservation fee?
    If you do not purchase the property you paid a reservation for, we will refund you the reservation fee. To begin the refund process, kindly notify us in writing before the Discount Expiry Date (14 calendar days after the property sale event ends). Requests for refunds must be emailed to info@realestate.com.kh
  4. What happens after I pay my reservation fee?
    Realestate.com.kh will connect you with the agent after your booking to progress through the purchase process. You may expect to be contacted by the agent within the event’s time frame. If you do not receive any updates from the agent, kindly contact us immediately via email: info@realestate.com.kh or via our number: +855 92 92 1000.
  5. Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?
    Yes, upon agreement with the developer.
  6. Can I switch to a different unit after my booking is paid/confirmed?
    Yes, upon availability.
  7. Can I make a reservation after the event ends?
    Unfortunately, reservations will no longer be accepted once the event ends.
  8. I made a reservation for the wrong unit, what can I do?
    Please contact us via live chat immediately or contact us via our number: +855 92 92 1000 if this happens so we can transfer your reservation to the property you intended as soon as possible.
  9. What happens when the event finishes?
    Once the event is over, all reservations will be sent to our agents who will contact you to progress your inquiry.

Payment Questions

  1. Is it safe to pay money on the Online Property Showcase site?
    It is 100% safe and secure to pay your reservation fee on our online website as we process payments with ABA bank. Realestate.com.kh is a legally registered digital marketing company and is the premier real estate classified portal in Cambodia since 2009.
  2. What payments do you accept?
    We accept payments in US dollars via Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, and ABA PayWay.
  3. I can't scan ABA code, what should i do?
    Please contact us via live chat or via our contact us form. We also accept payments in US dollars via Mastercard, Visa and UnionPay.
  4. If I don't have any of these payment methods, what can I do?

  5. After paying the reservation fee, can I claim a refund immediately?
    Yes, you have until the Discount Expiry Date (14 days after the property sale event ends) to notify us in writing that you are not purchasing a property and we will fully refund your Reservation Fee. Requests for refund must be emailed to info@realestate.com.kh. We will process your refund within 14 working days.
  6. Is there any official confirmation about my reservation payment?
    Confirmation of your payment(s) will be issued by your payment gateway of choice. All payment gateways we accept are secured and 100% safe.
  7. Will the $1000 reservation fee be deducted from the property price I purchase?
    The $1000 reservation fee will be part of the total property sale price. For example, if the total price of the property is $50,000, you only need to pay $49,000.
